Costanza Ceccanti is a member of the University Sustainable Development Committee (CoSA), serving as the contact person for Food (SDG 2 and 3) – implementing sustainable measures for the provision of catering services and the dispensing of beverages and snacks through vending machines. She is a Researcher in Agricultural Chemistry at the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Agro-Environmental Sciences, affiliated with the Agro-Environmental Research Center “Enrico Avanzi” (CiRAA) and the Interdepartmental Research Center on Nutraceuticals and Food for Health (NUTRAFOOD).
